On Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the Nissan Arena in Queensland, Australian mega star Justis Huni will meet Joseph Goodall for WBO Oriental and IBF Pan Pacific Heavyweight Title in a 10-round heavyweight bout.

The two top heavyweights boxer in Australia were set to meet in February before the Covid-19 got in the way, but now, Justice Honey and Joe Goodall will finally square off.

Honey has been hailed as the best heavyweight prospect in the country for generations, and he justified that hype when he won the Australian title in his professional debut. He has a record of four more wins through the batting of Paul Gallen last year.

Goodall also boasts an unbeaten professional record and a silver medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

In many ways, this is nothing or nothing for the former Commonwealth Games silver medalist who won bronze at the World Championships – Australia’s first medal since 1991.

Justis Huni and Joseph Goodall know each other well and have run in over 100 rounds although Honey was a hobbyist and Goodall started out as a professional.

They shared a mutual respect, although Goodall couldn’t help but give Honey a verbal jolt for his performance against Paul Gallen.

“He went to the tenth round with Paul Gallen. No one like Paul Galen is going to the tenth round with me. There’s no way,” he said.

Honey replyed: “I’ve done a lot of damage to the cheek. That’s important. I’ve got a ‘W’. Style fights. If he can get her out of there before ten rounds, it’s good for her.”
